While official sign ups end March 15th, sign ups are open the entire period as long as you feel you can complete your fills between when you sign up and March 31st, 2019

I think I did this right! The rules said that anything between 100 and 999 only required 10%, so that's what I included in the sign up. I know I'm late signing up, but only by a couple of days so I figure I can still get plenty done before the end of March next year.
